About Us
Perimeter Home Health is owned and founded by a local Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. Her background in post-acute care in multiple settings is a key asset to this company and to any patient who comes under our care. She has worked for other home health care companies in the past and believes that they have lost sight of what is important – the patient.
She founded Perimeter Home Health to bring the focus back to the clients and families we serve.
In addition to our founder, Perimeter Home Health’s team have over a decade of experience in the local home health space.
Our clinical staff is also local and has been screened and vetted to make sure that they can provide the quality of care that you or your loved one deserves.
