In our goal to be the best provider of home health services, we sought for and achieved ACHC accreditation in addition to our Medicare certification. ACHC’s standards are more stringent than Medicare’s.

By achieving ACHC Accreditation, Perimeter Home Health demonstrates its commitment to delivering the highest quality of services by complying with both ACHC Accreditation standards and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Conditions of Participation (CoPs).
